Here are the terms and conditions of holiday bookings.
Arrival
Please report to reception on arrival.
Your accommodation will be available from noon Friday and must be vacated by 6pm on Sunday or 10am on Monday if staying an extra night.
Holiday Insurance/Cancellation Plan
Our Holiday Insurance/Cancellation Plan is designed to save you any worry should you have to cancel or curtail your holiday for any of the following reasons: Serious illness, accidental injury, death, redundancy, jury service, theft or accidental damage at home. Other benefits of the Holiday Insurance include personal accident, emergency travel, loss of luggage, money, personal liability etc. Premium £20.
Claims must be notified without delay and must be substantiated by a Doctors Certificate or other authoritative proof, upon receipt of which, our Insurance Company will reimburse you for the loss of deposit and/or advance payment tip to the cost of the Insured holiday but not exceeding £ 1500 in respect of any one caravan booking.
Policy Excess
The first £35.00 of any claim will be deducted from the payment by our insurers. Full details will be provided with Your acknowledgement of booking.
Club Rules and Guidelines
Noise In the interest of all guests, we would ask that social gatherings in guests accommodation are as quiet as possible and do not continue after 11.30pm.
Radios TV and Radios are not permitted
Pets We regret that dogs are not allowed. Details of local boarding facilities are available on request.
Bicycles In the interests of safety, bicycles are not allowed to be ridden in the club grounds.
Swimming Pools Children are not allowed in the swimming pools unless accompanied by a responsible adult. The outdoor pool may not be used after dark unless the overhead flood lighting is switched on.
Photographs Photos must not be taken in the club grounds without the prior approval of the management.
Damage and Litter We endeavour to keep South Hants looking as attractive and natural as possible. Please assist us by preventing damage to plants, trees and buildings and by placing litter in the bins provided. Refuse should be deposited in the covered skip at the rear of the main car park, not in the litter bins.
Refreshments Only food and drink purchased in the bar and restaurant may be consumed therein.
